      Strong benefits package - good people to work with in the trenches

      Cons

      Challenging environment - like playing Survivor. Lots of politics, tenured employees viewed as ineffective in favor of outside employees w/o HCM experience.

      Pros

      The benefits are good they pay for medical. The job is interesting I like the problem solving and working with clients.

      Cons

      There is constant change. They micromanage you, what they tell you one week to the next is different. They have to use software out side of their own HR for PTO and tracking.
