Pros

Good compensation, benefits and perks are good. Haven't heard about layoffs from the time I have joined (early 2025). Learning is average. Will get good exposure to devops and cloud.

Cons

You should be flexible to do whatever assigned to you. Even if you get hired as a Developer you may have to work on devops only sometimes. Tech stack is not evolving. Good for people who have been there for long time. Development project are less.

Pros

As a member of the Human Resources department at UKG, my experience has been incredibly rewarding, particularly in my role working with UKG Pro to support employees navigating challenging medical situations. The company has provided me with excellent opportunities for growth, allowing me to expand my skill set significantly. One of the highlights has been the AI training offered by UKG, which has equipped me to contribute to the integration of AI within our department, albeit in a small capacity. Despite working fully remote, UKG ensures that I have the chance to visit my local office, fostering meaningful connections with the various teams I collaborate with. This balance of remote work and in-person interaction enhances my work experience. Additionally, UKG's commitment to professional development is evident in their full sponsorship of my attendance at the annual DMEC conference, which is an invaluable resource for staying updated on industry trends. Overall, UKG is a fantastic place to work, offering a supportive environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. Our New CEO Jennifer Morgan has boosted the business profile of UKG to great heights, and I see the company's revenue and status increasing exponentially in the near future....

Cons

Dealing with Organizational changes as the company pivots to become a key player in the HR Software realm. Outsourcing jobs to other countries has increased, less opportunities for US based employees.
