Pros
the benefits alone are why some people come here; premium covered by the company and the leave policies are generous - including things for those struggling with fertility, surrogacy, and gender identity. Management is friendly and interactive. I have not encountered a rude soul yet nor someone who wasn't willing to help solve a problem or answer a question.
Cons
the merge is still impacting teams efficiency which can be frustrating. Training in other departments is great with lots of resources; however not so much for SREs which leads to longer up-to-speed/comfort level at job
