Pros

For being part of such a large organization, the Canadian group is intimate and very tightly knit. Being in sales, it's comforting knowing that you're selling such a quality product. When I was selling for another big HRIS company, I didn't feel nearly as good about the solution I was selling.

Cons

It's a grind, but what sales role isn't.
