Pros

US really does care about their employees. I was told about the people first culture before I got here, but the more people you talk to, it rings true. From Scott to my manager to my co-workers, most everyone is happy about working here. We get unheard of awesome benefits, and it's a fun work environment (even though I'm a virtual employee, I still feel it). Work hard, play hard, take ownership - it's pretty cool

Cons

I'm a virtual employee, and I really enjoy it (have been doing this for a few years), but depending on who you are, that may not be the right fit because it can be tough to do.

Pros

Coming from a company of 100 employees that felt more "corporate" than this, I was amazed at how down to earth and family-oriented Ultimate Software is. Each week I am here I am more enamored with the company. This is one of the few places that lives up to their motto of "People First". They have excellent benefits, extremely talented people, and foster an environment where you are not afraid to fail. I couldn't ask for more in a company.

Cons

They are just finishing a reorganization of the company and there does seem to be a few questions that have yet to be answered about career paths, but besides that, no cons.

Pros

Kronos is an environment where employees are treated with respect, encouraged and appreciated. This is a work environment where families come first. The opportunities are endless and the benefits are incomparable. I just celebrated my 20th anniversary with Kronos and I look forward to many more years.

Cons

In a remote office, it is easy to feel left out of the loop on current events happening at Corporate. In addition, there seem to be many more perks (employee appreciation events) happening at Corporate than out in the field offices/remote. It would be nice to enjoy some of those perks as well.
