      Pros

      Good people, fun atmosphere, get to work from home, strong leadership, good standing in the marketplace. A lot of employees leave, only to come back later.

      Cons

      Kronos creates a high stress environment because they don't staff properly. Projects are extremely difficult because there aren't enough people to do the work. Kronos also sets the expectations to the customer that projects can be completed quickly. Without enough people to implement the project, how can it get done quickly?

      Pros

      Kronos has a culture I thought long lost in today's professional society - one where people can actually spend their entire career working for the same employer and maybe even have their manager over for dinner. For a software company that is continually improving their product through research, investment and innovation, the company has a familial feel no matter how long you've been employed. Kronos is a great place to work and I highly recommend considering Kronos if you are in the market for a really good job.

      I will have to think about this as none are top of mind.

      Pros

      Very nice and friendly culture. They care about the employees. They are open to employees ideas specially if you work in development. Very flexible to adapts new tools and methodologies.

      Cons

      There is no cash bonus which is lame. No formal annual review. Everyone gets 4% salary increase which is unfair
