      Pros

      Very collaborative environment working with very talented people. New ideas are encouraged. Everyday at Kronos challenges me to be a better marketer and think way outside the box. The team environment here is excellent. Senior management definitely created a culture of innovation and collaboration. For a large company with 4,000+ employees, the culture feels surprisingly like a close knit family.

      Cons

      Because Kronos is a large organization, there is a lot of process and checks and balances in place. This can sometimes slow things down.
