      Dynamic and cohesive culture. Incredible desire of EMPLOYEES to consistently be the best. Unlimited resources provided to continuously become better and more efficient. Loyalty and immense respect from our workforce in regards to our CEO ,Scott Scherr, and entire SR management staff. Positive environment with driven staff and family friendly. VALUE all employees regardless of rank and pay!!!

      This is a wonderful, family/community oriented work environment, that is absolutely a wonderful place to work! I love the culture, & I love how people engage with one another. It is so reassuring going to work everyday, and committing yourself to your job when the philospohy here is treating your staff as a first investment. I love going to work everyday!

      Honestly, there is nothing thus far that I have experienced, from onboarding forward, that I would consider a "CON" or a negative.
