      Pros

      For me it was the best switch ever, moving to ultimate. They say the grass is always greener on the other side. On my first day at ultimate I realized that it really is greener here.

      Cons

      Everyone keeps asking me how they can get hired. It gets annoying after the 50th time. But really there is no downside to this company.

      Pros

      Ultimate is similar to a close family that multiplied quickly. Despite the growth we have been able to maintain a rich culture that focuses on employees first.

      Cons

      Ultimate has a flat organization, so growth opportunities can be limited. However, moving around the organization is encouraged. So it can off set the fact that you may not have upward movement opportunities.
