Great Place to be if you are driven by Culture and Opportunities
Pros
- People centric policies and atmosphere: The benefits and the policies are effectively drafted keeping the employees in focus. The benefits are evaluated at regular opportunities to keep them updated and meaningful for the employees over time. As an organization itself, 'people' are offered great support to maintain their work life balance and you find ample opportunities to be be with and support your family needs. They stand true to the tagline - "Our purpose is PEOPLE". - Excellent support during the pandemic: There was a quick reaction to form a Rapid Response team which helped all employees and their families who were affected by Covid to find hospitals, medicines, concentrators etc. at the time of need. Continuous assurance was passed from the organization around job security and not opening offices till the situation is safe for the employees. There was regular communication from the Executive Leadership maintaining a transparent communication around the impact of Covid and plans to overcome them. Greatly appreciated. - Transparent communication strategy with the employees; increases all the more during changes and transformations: Classic example of the past 2 years due the pandemic and a merger during the same time. Regular, frequent and effective communication kept employees at all levels informed and in the loop. - Growth and internal job opportunities: In my time with the organization, this is my third team and I have grown from an engineer role to a senior leadership role. I could find opportunities at different times through my journey through the Internal Job opportunities and could explore them successfully. The organization has been very supportive with providing and supporting with such opportunities. - Excellent work and People Culture: Been here for over a decade now and still feel eager to go to office and work with the people around. You find working with a great bunch of people around you at all levels. This matters a lot as one spends 1/3rd of a working day with these people around.
