      Pros

      I have total 16 years of experience but the last 8 years are my best or you can say the great year as an employee with Kronos (UKG now). The opportunity of learning, the opportunity of growing I have never seen in my past organization. Culture, Management, Work-life balance are the key points of working with UKG. I can say to myself the "ULTIMATE KRONITE".

      - Very employee friendly organization - The culture is focused around making sure that employees feel happy and have the independence to grow individually and support the customers - There are a lot of benefits over and above your compensation that are just an added bonus.
