      Ultimate Software is a very employee-centered organization. They live by the mantra that if your employees are happy your customers will be happy. You are encouraged to be healthy, give to your community and have fun which inspires you to do the very best job you can for your internal and external customers. It is a terrific place to work!

      Heard a lot of good things about this company and it could be but in India Bangalore, this is a pathetic place to be in

      Pros

      The job offers much variety, in terms of the client base and the type of work. I've never been bored. Able to work virtual. Great benefits. Team mates are smart and funny. The whole culture is very "team driven" and everyone focuses on partnering with both internal and external teams. This is a healthy environment to work in. Good place for someone who is self-motivated and doesn't need constant feedback. Employees are allowed to make mistakes and are expected to learn from them.

      Cons

      The work and clients can be intense. I needed to learn to set better boundaries. I also needed to learn to become more self-advocating.
