Pros

My peers are some of my closest friends. Lots of fun to be had if you're in the right department. Great benefits. Tons of free food, lunches, and events.

Cons

Many managers have no business leading anything. There is no need to do a good job here. Just make sure you suck up to the right people and make every move to benefit yourself if you want to succeed. The "People First" slogan applies to only material things like benefits, but not to your workload or daily atmosphere. The Fortune "Best Place to Work For" is completely misleading because it is determined by our HR exec sending a pretty care package to Forbes and selected people filling out a survey. Whatever you do, don't mess up. Ever seen Office Space? If you mess up, you will hear it from eight different bosses (or people who think they are your boss). Also, you spend millions on events every year, but won't fund a Christmas party? We have to raise that ourselves? Seriously?

Pros

Great benefits, great product,,CEO and Chief People Officer get it. Location is easy to access. Awesome perks and don't pay a dime for insurance.

Cons

The vision from the top is not shared through the ranks. Many managers have come up through the ranks with very little training and or HR experience. There is also tons of red tape but that is par for the course for most organizations.

Pros

The company culture is like nothing I've seen in my 20+ years in the payroll/tax filing field. The focus on employees, customers, retention and growth is inspiring.

Cons

Not much I can say as it relates to a downside; so the next comment is really not substantial. I would say that due to the fast growth of the company; office space is limited; however, I know this is being resolved.
