      Pros

      - Can find other opportunities in the company if you connect with the right people - Laid back atmosphere - Allow full time to work from home anywhere from 1 day a week to several days a week depending on your team - Lots of fun benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      - They hire a lot of interns, temps, part time, etc. to kind of test them before hiring them for full time positions and it's annoying when you're doing the same amount and quality work as someone that's full time but don't get any of the benefits and can just get let go at the end of your contract - The customer support persons that work directly with clients are overworked and underpaid

      Pros

      At Kronos, we work as a team and have one thing in mind, satisfy our customers. Fellow Kronites all have a dedication and loyalty to their jobs, and we all strive to make the job fun yet challenging.

      Cons

      Learning that the customer is not always right and you cannot take their word of what they did. Taking the time to go through the process and finding what they said they do is not always the case.
