Pros

Everything at Ultimate is a pro. Fully paid medical benefits, stock options, PTO days, the culture... the CULTURE! Everyone is simply fantastic in this company. We all treat each other with respect and care, and it really feels like a family. From the moment you walk into that door, no more than 30 second passes until someone says "Good morning" or a simple "Hi, how are you?". I've been through several positions since I've been part Ultimate and everyone will treat you as family, without a doubt. They will always want what is best for you and managers will never hold you back from growing within the company. They have programs such as the "Tech Stars" or the new "Rising Stars" where they will run you through a a learning experience of Ultimate's softwares and set you up for success in your future positions. The day you start working for Ultimate, you never truly want to leave. This is a place where you can work for years, build tenure, and potentially retire. This company is growing immensely and at a very rapid pace. So, you know.. They aren't going anywhere. As long as you work hard and do your best, you won't go anywhere either.

Cons

- Part timers don't get the same benefits. And I think they should.. Or at least some of the benefits. They work just as hard as a FT person and they should be rewarded in some way. - Communication between departments should be smoother.
