      Incentives. Strong management Transparency Ownership Company at top thinks about the employee welfare. Most of the products keep on updating. You might not switch tech stack but will keep on updating your used one

      Cons

      It depends product to product. Though it is a product company but expectation is to work like service company.crank up to produce more. Engagement is full ON.Sometimes feel to have a break but you get used to it
