Pros
There is a lot of support among team members, as we work toward common goals. Many people in my group have been with the company for 15-20 years, so there is quite of experience for a new person to tap into. At the same time, everyone I work with seems to leave their egos at the door and welcome the input and contribution of new team members. That gives it the feel of a small company, even with more than 4,000 employees
Cons
I haven't encountered anything significant. There's bureaucracy, but with a big company you can't have everyone running around doing their own thing, so I understand it. I'd say the worst thing I've encountered is having to book travel through the corporate travel site. So if that's the worst thing I have to endure, I think things are going pretty well.
