      Extremely toxic place to work, particularly the DCS division, upper management has no integrity and no ethics.

      Pros

      Good benefits, the company is stable and doing well by buying out the competition. The products are lacking in quality, and poor architecture and design. If you are just looking for a paycheck, this is the place to be. However not for individuals with passion and innovation.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment with very little innovation. Upper management in the DCS division are not very trust worthy. The engineering team is demoralized and lacking in any innovation.

      Pros

      The empowerment, the challenge, and the sense of being part of a company that feels like family.

      Cons

      The only real challenge is wishing somehow we could bring virtual members of the teams more into the day-to-day life of the people who work in the offices, but I know inititiaves are in motion this year to make that better.

      What company in this day and age provides it's employees with FULL Medical Care with 100% paid premiums!

      Pros

      Free medical. Free Food on special occassions...which are many each month. Free company paid trips. Free travel, lodging, and food for every new Hire to our Florida corporate office for nearly a week. The founder, Scott and Viv, are the life blood of this company and their caring and concern for the lowliest employees shows!

      Cons

      Rapid growth leads to more layers and bureaucracy. The growing pain of getting bigger like any organization. But this is a good thing to have as oppose to the opposite of no growth.
