      Pros

      The benefits are amazing, the leadership's philosphophy of People First is used as a sounding board for everything we do, it is a fun and exciting workplace filled with hardworking and very talented people.

      Cons

      We are growing so fast that at times we experience the pains that come from that environment. It is a good problem to have.

      Pros

      - Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. The people first culture is clear. - Excellent benefits - Challenging and rewarding work - Very open minded

      Cons

      None that I can think of at the time. There have been re-orgs that make sense, but IMO have not been completely thought through or planned. Everything has turned out ok, but it rocks the boat.

      Pros

      It's my family away from personal family. You know you are taken care of by Ultimate and therefore make even a larger effort to take care of the company. You have the opportunity to grow as hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. The benefits provided are top notch. Add to it that we have the greatest HCM product in our space and what more could you ask for.

      Cons

      Lack of cohesiveness across the organization at times with what is being worked on.
