      Pros

      Working on latest technologies, Be first to learn Kronos new versions/product Excellent training materials. Average tenure staying in kronos globally is more than 5 years which show how Kronos takes care of employees.

      Cons

      Getting right candidate with Kronos skills who can support current team. Working with small team size and deliver with in project timelines.

      Pros

      Company is always fair and comp plans are second to none. Customer experience is a primary focus. Kronos has proven over a 30+ year period that they fully comprehend how to manage for the future.

      Cons

      Some outside organizations still think of time clocks when they think of us, not realizing we are a $1 Billion + organization who solves very complex workforce management challenges for customers of all sizes in all industries.

      Pros

      I work with some of the best people, they always have my back and vice versa. Everyone has good team skills and since most of us work from home office now, we must encourage strong partnerships to stay sane. Our team accomplishes that, as I have heard many others do as well.

      Cons

      It is challenging to get great compensation after working here many years, not sure why it is so hard. Very good benefits and when people complain about work-life balance, that is something you need to take control of. You can't always say "yes" to every project.
