      Pros

      Great company culture with a growing focus on employee development. Employees are viewed as family and there are no walls to the leadership team.

      Cons

      There aren't many. Nothing but great things to say about working at Ultimate.

      Pros

      The benefits here are awesome as well as the work-life balance (the ability to work from home one day a week is huge). My colleagues are great to work with and are hard-working yet down-to-earth. While I haven't been here for very long, I can see myself working here for a long time.

      Cons

      Since not many people leave, there isn't a ton of room for upward mobility within the company.

      Pros

      The company makes quality products, which is why they have continued to grow, even in down markets. They have solid leadership that sees future trends and tends to be proactive in reacting to them which also contributes to the company's success. They have put more emphasis in company perks in the last few years to address employee satisfaction. And many people who have left Kronos, have ultimately come back. No better display of a good company than that.

      Cons

      Compensation at Kronos is not as competitive as other companies. Little room for internal advancement. They often look to replace seasoned employees with younger, cheaper alternatives who end up leaving after getting a few year's experience, which seems short sighted.
