      Ultimate Software offers incredible benefits to their employees. Ultimate Software is very focused on personal and professional development. Opportunities for career advancement are vast. The culture is truly focused on "People First". Family and work life balance is very important from the CEO down. We work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      The company is growing at an incredible rate, which can present challenges in keeping up with the market demand for our products and services. I see this as a good problem to have. Ultimate Software is committed to doing whatever it takes to right size the business to meet their customers needs.

      Pros

      The focus on people first is HUGE! The management is constantly trying to improve processes, systems, technology, etc. I had an amazing number of people reach out to me from across the organization welcoming me to "the family" when I started with the company. Also, it is great to be with an organization that puts such an emphasis on retaining current clients. I honestly cannot imaging looking anywhere else to work.

      I am still trying to figure out if there are any!
