      Incredible benefits & great culture. Management promotes Work/Life balance and training. The company has grown from 1,075 to 2,000 in 4.5 years I've been there (2010 ~ 2014) and continues...

      Cons

      If you are in a technical role, there is plenty of room for growth. However, if you are in Project Management or Process Improvement, the career path isn't defined, at least not yet.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Interesting technical challenges. Good C-level management. Strong balance sheet and stable company.

      Cons

      Latest investors don't seem interested in long term beyond their own 4-year investment horizon, causing everyone to be eying the exits. Low turnover over the years has resulted in lots of senior technical people, resulting in qualified employees not being promoted because there are already too many senior people. Those talented individuals are the ones who then leave. Long-time employees are being pushed out in QA; apparently they value specific technical skills over knowing how the product works and how to test it and are solving the problem of being top-heavy with senior people by shoving them out. High pressure to deliver product by hard deadlines.

      Pros

      Flexibility, forward thinking, casual work environment, approachable management team, fantastic benefits, supportive manager.

      Cons

      Still working out how work flows into the Center so there are challenges that come along with this, however, it is good experience to navigate those challenges. Because the Center takes an innovative approach there are a lot of changes that take place that require it's employees to be flexible which works for most of us but not all.
