      Pros

      No work is coming in, so you get paid to sit at your desk and watch movies on Netflix.

      Cons

      Environment, Center culture, management manages by coaching. The wrongs are not fixed, people are lazy, young minded people work in center.

      Kronos is fair, but very corporate

      Pros

      Kronos provides their employees with fair and competitive salaries. There is opportunity for advancement. They are flexible and offer a wide range of remote positions.

      Cons

      Kronos has a very corporate-centric culture, the bottom line is the end all/be all, they often forget that employees are also humans. Annual lay-offs are normal and employees are often treated like disposable objects.

      It's a stable growing company that makes a solid product.

      Cons

      The company is very fragmented. Different parts of the organization don't work together much. The employee experience is very dependent on which division you're part of.
