Get used to the building because it will become your home. Work life balance is a significant struggle and no support from management to address this. Politics are a huge part of this company and you better get up to speed fast. Don't put a lot of stock into the "best places to work" surveys as they push those out to employees with a wink wink that you better be completing it with high remarks. Time off is "unlimited" which means that its entirely up to your managers discretion. Was also promised that there would be remote opportunities by the recruiters but again that's entirely at your managers discretion.
