Pros

- If you are in the region of South Florida, there are very few tech companies that are at the level of UKG. - People lack egos, doesn't feel like everyone is trying to one-up you or sound smarter than you. - Great balance between legacy systems and modern solutions (from a learning experience). You'll have your hands on technology that has been used for decades while also possibly learning new technologies.

Cons

- Too many leadership changes. On-going issue of leaders not knowing what is going on behind the scenes and endlessly aiming for "new and shiny" solutions that don't truly solve customer issues/needs. - Lack of documentation. For everything. Constant layoffs have caused a huge gap in knowledge and very few company-wide processes are documented.

Pros

Since I joined UKG in 2020, it has been mostly a great experience. We had a hiccup for a bit from a leadership standpoint, but once Jen Morgan and Rachel Barger joined and brought additional fantastic leaders with them - I have been simply blown away by all of the positive change they have made for us as employees and our customers.

Cons

To be honest, none really worth mentioning. There was a hiccup for a bit at the merger.

Pros

Free healthcare and good 401k match

Cons

Management doesn’t care, employees live in constant fear of layoffs. Even when there are layoffs it’s done so unprofessionally. Sales has slowed and there is no work coming in. They are not hiring for positions people are leaving which means another layoff is coming. No internal opportunities whatsoever. No career growth. Senior leadership is a revolving door. I don’t even know the CEO’s name off the top of my head anymore.
