Pros
- Good learning curve and good work-life balance - Decent pay because it is a product based company. Much more than other MNCs. - Great benefits such as Medical which included OPD too, Mental health/ /fitness/petcare/childcare/home office quarterly allowances, further education funding opportunities. - Good office culture and celebrations on festivals. Good food, gaming area and cafeteria. - No strict punch-in/punch-out times. They trust employees to respect time. - Cab services available all the time, extra security for women.
Cons
- Since it is a corporate, therefore special requests regarding temporary WFH even for genuine reasons, etc., is not entertained since they fear other employees asking the same. - Felt too much micro-management towards the end of my employment. - Multiple rounds of Mass lay offs happened in the company in a span of few months - Salary hike was not too good in this particular role.
