Paid benefits (only beneficial if you have a lot of kids) Unlimited PTO (Depending on your department whether you really can take pto)

Cons

1 person doing the work of 3 or more Leadership changes repeatedly Money is by far the lowest pay compared to other HCM companies System sucks bc they laid off majority of the employees who had the most experience

Benefits were amazing, the people were even better, and product was great.

Cons

Once a company that was dedicated to there people, When you came into work loving every minute, even during the stressful times. This changed once the buyout happened, I've been through many buyouts in my life and learned now that investment company will state company culture won't change but this isn't the truth at all. Note to investment company : When you take care of your people, you get longevity and people who want to work for you and support your customers. But when people become just a number who can be replaced in a moment notice they realize why am I here and making money for someone else.

* The Kilkenny office. Great people and a well run office.

Cons

* Senior Leadership selling American dreams to motivate people. * No center of excellence or excellence in general. * The company is fractured with all the acquisitions. * People work in fear of layoffs. People is not UKG's purpose. * Weak middle management. * Low technology standards which is then being driven by people with no development experience.
