My experience working with was disappointing due to the lack of work-life balance and employee empathy. The culture often expected employees to work extremely long hours sometimes 15+ hours a day—without adequate consideration for personal well-being. Even when employees were dealing with serious personal concerns, management’s primary focus remained on output and extended availability rather than support or understanding. This created a stressful and unsustainable work environment. I would advise prospective employees to carefully consider whether this aligns with the kind of workplace culture they are seeking.
