Pros
I loved working here. The people are fantastic and at the time the pay was good. Originally, the implementation department was a dream. Over time they started to reduce resources and introduce constant changes. It was tough on morale and created larger work loads and longer hours. I hope they are able to turn things around because I do think the product is great and they have tremendous potential to be a top notch employer again. I am grateful for my time at UKG and how this company levelated me.
Cons
Not enough resources for people to do their job. Roles like these require specialize knowledge which is only gained through years of experience at the company. Newbies need dedicated trainers and support to turn to when learning the ropes, and in this industry it can be up to 2 years before someone is proficient.
