The upper management is mainly made up of undiscerning, corporate speaking, posturing, out of touch people who can't run a company, and give themselves bonuses at the expense of lower tiered workers. They like to look good by adding useless administrative tasks which do not add value, while making their underlings clean up their messes. It's so bad, there are people who do not understand what they responsible for in their own roles. No wonder employees are unhappy, customer satisfaction is low, and they can't make sales.
