good pay, nice office amenities and perks

moronic leadership, abrupt and radical decisions randomly taken by upper leadership without consulting lower or middle management ends up creating chaos which ultimately make the life of engineers very difficult and frustrating. there's no such thing as Job Security. Be prepared to be asked(ordered) to work on weekends it's more common here than you think. Also work will slowly cover you personal life as well, managers shamelessly call you anything over cell, whatsapp any time of the day and week.
