Awesome place to work, the culture is very different, open to all and transparency is the main objective across all levels. Very challenging in work and getting a lot of opportunities to work on the very latest technologies.

Cons

Need to have a clear vision of product development processes, sometimes it is agile and sometimes it is very waterfall like.
