Pros

Good management and bare minimum workouts required. Good culture withing and friendly and helping nature from colleagues as well as senior management. No peer pressure. Anyone will surely enjoy working here

Cons

Till date I have not seen any cons for it. Yes regarding the salary its average but not at all low.

Good compensation, good people, good commute. Flexible work schedule. Usually a resonable work/life balance. Strong senior management.

Cons

No career growth. Job security shaky. Tenured staff seen as a liability not an asset. Line level management needs more training developing staff. No growth in U.S. Engineering organization in a good economy. Layoffs in a bad economy.

Salary is average to better than average. Vacation benefits are better than average. Retirement benefits are average. Co-workers are very nice. There is nothing else positive I can say about this company

Cons

Management lacks integrity. This is a very political environment. Health benefits are the worst in the industry. Computer equipment provided is under powered for the job. The average sales person has better equipment. The company is cheap!!!
