      Pros

      Benefits are great and every year they get better. There is a sense of family between employees.

      Cons

      Compensation can be unfair in certain departments, however, the company is aware and working on fixing this.

      - Everyone is friendly and easy to work with. The people first culture is clear. - Excellent benefits - Challenging and rewarding work - Very open minded

      Cons

      None that I can think of at the time. There have been re-orgs that make sense, but IMO have not been completely thought through or planned. Everything has turned out ok, but it rocks the boat.
