Training is both modules and instructor lead which makes it easier to learn. Alot of great benefits and perks Your superiors talk to you and not at you Unlimited PTO You have a stationed buddy to lean on outside of your lead PMs and Managers actually work with one another as a team

Cons

Cohort-needs to advise several tests will be needed to be completed even after passing the certification
