Pros

Kronos is a great company to work for. Excellent benefits and pay along with a great work/life balance. The people here are great to work with and everyone's opinion is valued. Plenty of opportunities for advancement and training. The management is fantastic especially the CEO - open door policy and very down to earth.

Cons

For me there are no Cons.
