This is a great company and they are transforming so there’s a lot of room for growth in the next 3-10 years

Cons

Not many from my experience but I have worked jobs with better benefits, but they are still better than 50% of the companies out there

Flexibility, no micro-managing, and a lot of trust from your managers and supervisors. You will always have someone to ask questions to.

Cons

Little to no overtime allowed. Bonuses are mostly based on performance.
