Current leaders are not going to get us where the company ultimately wants to go. Compensation is low and below market. Striving to be one UL but company silos are holding us back. Incredibly strong growth targets and not enough action plans & accountability to hit the aggressive targets.

Management is one of the big drawbacks at Underwriters labs inc. They expect employees to do incoming producing work without proper tools. Too many meetings to tick a check mark in their goals. Everyone complains - but can't let management know because they don't know how to accept criticism. There is a lot of cronyism. They find creative ways to reduce your ranking so they can take bonus money away from you and reward their favorites. Too much things to do that do not add to the bottom line.
