      The company's mission is appealing and you get to work on interesting projects

      The company had underperformed the industry for years, top management is disconnected from reality and the strategy is unclear. Not a great place to build a career.

      Pros

      Good learning environment, low stress, flex schedule. Low turnaround means you have a core of people you can depend on.

      Cons

      They seem to change the performance criteria on which we are to be measured every year. The raises have been horrible when available and you need to perform a miracle in order to get promoted.
