The only pro was serving the clients.

- Gossip, Unhealthy work atmosphere - Meaningless meetings - Belittle others - Unethical Practice: Lack of protection of clients' privacy in many levels. - Micro-managing - Passive aggressiveness from authority. Save yourself of headaches, stress, and disappointment.

Great program that helps at risk and underserved population such as: males without custody of their children. Places hiring took into consideration their backgrounds and gave them chances. Individual position where you can develop your own outreach approach and service to others. Contract position

Cons

Employers only want the temporary help and tend not to hire them after program ends. One time in lifetime to get enrolled in program. Contract position Leadership not great Bilingual a must.
