Pros

Friendly coworkers, great benefits and employee recreation/wellness programs, and academic assistance. They are always pushing for improvement which makes work challenging but not boring. And, despite their size, they take they take the time to recognize employees.

Cons

Parking. But they have park & ride lots and the town of Chapel Hill has a free bus system.
