Can do great development work Salary, health Ins and Pension is ok

Cons

Lots of incompetence at all levels Too many useless meetings where too many people are invited and no decisions made Focus on spending money instead of sensible development Lots of ego's in senior management that have no clue about management or development Lack of care for the people that matter in communities or even (staff) staff
