Pros

Very good salary and benefits (top health care, medical evacuations in the field, education subsidy for kids from age 5 to university, paid home leave travel every two years, rental subsidy)

Cons

Organization is struggling for relevance in a time of change. Previous Administrator Helen Clark botched a corporate restructuring which left the organization significantly weakened
