Pros

Working in Armed Violence Reduction and Strengthening Community Security (AVRSCS) a joint project of UNDP and Ministry of Home Affairs is that there is government ownership, good support from District Administration Office and District Police Office to implement the project. It was registered in Red Book means governments annual plan prepared by National Planning Commission.

Cons

Takes long time to get approval from government authorities due to its long bureaucratic process and challenge to get time of government officers when needed
