Pros

This is a great organization to work for and it has a very interesting mandate. It's the place to be for international development with offices all around the world, which means you have exciting opportunities to learn from colleagues in different countries and regions.

Cons

Things take a long time here. It's quite bureaucratic. This is not an NGO, and you have to work with governments, which means you cannot "shame" countries for wrongdoings. This is both a con and a pro, as it teaches you diplomacy.
