      - Good mission and aims - Flexibility in work schedule - Ability to work with people from around the world in different contexts

      Cons

      - Heavy bureaucracy meant contracting time was slow and lull between jobs - Lack of supervision made it difficult to get work done

      Excellent opportunity to work for a mission driven, value-based organization. Smart, dedicated, passionate people working to make a difference in the world through the use of their expertise, skills and knowledge. Great benefits! Lots of intangibles that you can't find work in the private sector. Multicultural & diverse. You have the ability to contribute to something greater than yourself and it's also wonderful opportunity to travel the world and to continuously learn.

      Lack of vision Cut, cuts, and more cuts of positions in order to reduce costs without really getting to the heart of the problem.
