Some wonderful people to work with.

Cons

They have several contracts types. All of them bar the full time contracts offer little or no vacation days, no health benefits and no pension options. Full timers get 6 weeks vacation! They hire contractors to do their work for them.

Pros

It is a Humanitarian and Development organization that provides technical expertise to support East Timor Development projects in rural and National. It has implemented IPSAS that promote accountability to report the use of funds received from donors for projects executed effectively in East Timor. It also benefits the country that received the support works in alleviate poverty and promote good governance.

Cons

UNDP is view as an organization dealing with payment through ATLAS Finance procedures with requisition and PO but not cash which, it is sometimes takes time to process for approval stages.
