Pros

I really enjoyed working there, especially the atmosphere, and what the organization is doing. It is a wonderful feeling to see the results of your work, how you are helping people build better lives.

Cons

The biggest problem for me was lack of support and directions from upper management. As a young professional I had to explore everything on my own, and it seemed like very little attention is paid to professional development and growth of employees.
