Opportunity: You will learn a lot, while working with great people. My experience is that they are very family friendly, and try hard to accommodate you when you need time off.

Cons

Compensation: The compensation is fairly low for hourly employees (which unfortunately is too common in the Retail industry), and annual raises are negligible. Example: 23 cents per hour raise on a $23.00/hr job. I am aware of several full-time, long term employees who have part-time 2nd jobs to help make ends meet.
